AI Processing Specifics

Your product photos and voice recordings are sent to:

  • Our cloud storage provider (temporary storage during processing)

These services process your data according to their terms and privacy policies. We instruct them to delete your data after processing.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Account data (email, name): Until you delete your account
  • Product photos/voice recordings: Temporarily (during description generation, then deleted)
  • Generated descriptions: Stored in your account indefinitely (you own this content)
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements)
  • Server logs: Deleted after 30 days
  • Cookies/session data: Deleted after 30 days of inactivity or when you log out

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL for all connections)
  • Encryption at rest (database encryption for sensitive data)
  • Access controls (only authorized staff access user data)
  • Regular backups (to prevent data loss)

B. Cloud Storage Provider (Temporary Storage)

  • Data shared: Your photos and audio during processing
  • Purpose: Temporary file storage during AI processing
  • Data retention: Files deleted after processing

C. Payment Processor

  • Data shared: Email, payment method information
  • Purpose: Process one-time and subscription payments
  • Data retention: The processor retains data per its policy (typically 7 years for compliance)

D. Email Service Provider

  • Data shared: Email address, name, authentication tokens
  • Purpose: Send sign-in links and account emails
  • Data retention: Email logs are deleted after 90 days

E. Hosting and Database Provider

  • Data shared: Account information, listings, analytics
  • Purpose: Store your account data and generated listings
  • Data retention: Until you delete your account

F. eBay (Listing Platform)

  • Data shared: When you post a listing, the description, attributes and photos. When you use eBay similar item check, the photo you choose is sent to eBay to find similar items
  • Purpose: Post your listing to eBay and find similar items on eBay
