Safari and Chrome both work, and each way takes under a minute. Put a VoiceListAI shortcut on your home screen (Safari): 1. Open voicelistai.com in Safari. 2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the toolbar at the bottom or the address bar at the top. 3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen. If you do not see it, scroll to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, and add it. 4. Keep the name VoiceListAI, or change it. 5. If you see Open as Web App, leave it on to open VoiceListAI full screen like an app. Turn it off and it becomes a plain shortcut that opens in Safari. 6. Tap Add in the top right corner. VoiceListAI now has an icon on your home screen. Tap it any time. Or bookmark VoiceListAI in Safari: 1. Open voicelistai.com in Safari. 2. Tap the Share button. 3. Tap Add Bookmark. You can also tap Add to Favorites to see it every time you open a new tab. 4. Keep the name, pick where to save it, and tap Save. To open it later, tap the Bookmarks button (the open book) in Safari and tap VoiceListAI. Using Chrome on your iPhone: 1. Open voicelistai.com in Chrome. 2. Tap the three dots (the menu button) on the right of the address bar or at the bottom right of the screen. 3. Tap Add to Bookmarks. To open it later, tap the menu again, then Bookmarks, and tap VoiceListAI. For a home screen shortcut in Chrome, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. This needs a recent iPhone software version. If you do not see it, use Safari and follow the steps above.

No. Analysis runs only when you tap Analyze, and nothing is posted unless you choose to send it. You see the whole draft first and can change anything.

Yes. Capture up to 8 photos per listing directly from your camera or choose existing images, on a phone or a computer. You can reorder, rotate or delete photos. Photos are analyzed by AI to help fill in your listing details.

Describe your item out loud or type it, and add photos from the camera or your files. Nothing is analyzed until you tap Analyze. Then the AI combines your words and photos into a complete listing draft you can review and edit. Your words take priority over the AI’s guess.

Yes — use the "Save as Draft" button. Your title, description, price, attributes, and photos are all preserved and can be reopened later from the History page. A draft needs only a title and a price. A draft kept in the app is not on eBay yet.

Fill in your listing fields (or let AI populate them), review the details, then click "Post to eBay" to publish live. Going live needs every required item detail and at least one photo. You can also save a draft and post it later from the History page. After posting, we check with eBay that the listing is really live and show you the link.

Tap eBay similar item check, then take a photo or choose one from your files (on a computer it opens your files). We compare your photo to similar eBay listings and show their photos, titles, and the range of asking prices with a typical price. Pick your price and tap Create listing. Your photo becomes the first picture of a new listing, and the AI fills in the title, category, item specifics, condition and description. The listings you see are used only to help identify the item. Their photos and descriptions are not copied.

No. They are asking prices on similar active eBay listings, not sold prices. The results are visually similar, so check that they match your item before relying on the range.

Yes. While describing the item, say “add SKU” and the number, for example “add SKU A12-4,” and it fills the SKU field. You can also type it in Core details. Every listing also gets its own listing number from the app, and your SKU is added after it. Each SKU must be unique among your listings.

You can change the price and quantity of a live listing from the History page and update it on eBay. Other changes are made on eBay. Finished listings can be removed from your queue while your history is kept.

No. VoiceListAI works with eBay only. It is built around eBay’s categories, item specifics and listing rules, and it does not post to other marketplaces.

Plans and pricing are shown on our home page. Only listings you send to eBay count toward your monthly limit. Drafts kept in the app do not.

Yes. You connect eBay with eBay’s own sign-in, and we never see your eBay password. Your eBay connection is stored server-side only, is never sent to your browser, and renews itself without you signing in again.

You always review and can edit every field before publishing — nothing is posted to eBay automatically without your review.

VoiceListAI installs as an app on your phone or desktop and the app shell loads instantly even with a poor connection, but creating and syncing listings requires an active internet connection.

A short, accurate label that leads with the brand and the item type, then the model or style, then details buyers filter by such as size and color. eBay allows 80 characters, so leave out filler words. VoiceListAI proposes a title from your photos and words and warns you when it is over 80 characters. You can edit it before posting.

Item specifics are the structured details eBay asks for in each category, such as brand, size, color, material and model. Buyers use them as filters, and eBay requires some of them before a listing can go live. VoiceListAI asks eBay which ones the category uses and fills them from your photos and words, leaving a field empty when it cannot tell.

Yes. A simple routine is to photograph and describe each item, save it as a draft, review the drafts later in History, set prices and post them in one sitting. Drafts do not count toward your monthly listing limit. Only listings you send to eBay count.

Use even light and a plain background. Put the clearest photo of the whole item first, then the back, close-ups of tags, labels and model numbers, and every flaw. The AI reads brand names, sizes, fabric content and part numbers from close-up photos, and buyers want to see flaws before they buy.
