You take photos and talk about the item, or type, and it builds a complete eBay listing: the right category, the item specifics that category asks for, a clear title and a full description. You review and edit everything, then save a draft or post it live to your own eBay account. It is built for people who list many items and are tired of typing every one by hand.

You add photos and describe the item by voice or text. When you tap Analyze, the AI reads your photos, including tags, labels and model numbers, and combines them with your words. It finds the matching eBay category, fills in the item specifics using eBay’s own allowed values, and writes the title and description. Everything appears as an editable draft. Your words always win over the AI’s guess, and nothing is sent to eBay until you decide.

No. You can talk, type, or do both in the same listing. Some sellers dictate while they hold the item and shoot photos, others type a short note, and some start with photos only and add words later. Voice is faster for long details such as flaws, measurements and what is included, because it keeps everything you say without trimming. Typing works just as well when you are somewhere quiet or noisy.

You need a VoiceListAI account and your eBay seller account. You connect eBay with one click after you sign in, and eBay asks you to approve the connection. There is no developer setup, no keys and nothing to copy or paste. After that you can start a listing from your phone camera or from photos already on your device. You do not install anything unless you want the app icon on your home screen.

VoiceListAI works in the browser on phones, tablets and desktop computers, and your listings are the same everywhere you sign in. On a phone it opens the camera first, so you can start shooting right away. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Desktop is handy for reviewing drafts, editing details and managing the listings you have already posted.

The AI finds the eBay category for the item and then asks for the item specifics that category requires. Items with tags, labels or model numbers work especially well, because those details are read straight from the photos. For one-of-a-kind items, a few spoken details fill the gaps.

The AI matches your item to an eBay category, and then the app asks eBay which item specifics that category uses and which values are allowed. The AI fills those fields from your photos and your description, and it leaves a field empty when it cannot tell. As much information as possible comes from eBay itself, so the fields line up with what eBay expects. You can change any value before the listing goes out.

Yes. Brand names, sizes, fabric content, care labels, model numbers, part numbers and visible flaws can be read from your photos. Close-up photos of tags and labels give the best results, so it helps to shoot them clearly and in good light. Whatever you say out loud is combined with what the photos show. If the photo and your words disagree, your words are used.

You can add up to eight photos to a listing. You can take them one at a time with the camera or choose several at once from your device. Before you analyze, you can reorder them, rotate them or delete the ones you do not want. The first photo becomes the main picture on eBay, so put your clearest shot of the whole item first.

It helps you price an item you are unsure about. You take a photo or choose one, and VoiceListAI compares it to visually similar items listed on eBay right now. You see their photos, titles and the range of asking prices. When you have a price in mind, you tap Create listing, and your photo becomes the first picture of a new listing that the AI then fills in for you.

No. They are asking prices from active eBay listings, not what items actually sold for. They show what other sellers want right now, which is useful as a starting point. Because the results are only visually similar, always check that each one really matches your item in brand, model, size and condition before you trust the range. Use the numbers as a guide, not as a promise of what your item will sell for.

No. VoiceListAI works with eBay only. It is built around eBay’s categories, item specifics and listing rules, so it does not post to other marketplaces. If you sell elsewhere as well, you would list there separately.

In the founder’s experience, once he had done a couple of listings to get used to the screens, a listing that took about five minutes by hand took about 45 seconds. Your own times will depend on the item and on how much you practice.

No. Analysis runs only when you tap the Analyze button, and nothing is posted unless you choose to send it. You see the whole draft first and can change the title, category, item specifics, condition notes, description and price. When you post, VoiceListAI checks with eBay that the listing is really live and then shows you the link. You stay in control of every listing from the first photo to the final post.

A draft stays in VoiceListAI so you can finish it later. A draft only needs a title and a price. A live listing is visible to buyers on eBay and can be bought. That is why going live asks for more. Use drafts when you are sourcing and shooting in bulk, and publish them in one sitting when you are ready to sell.

To go live, a listing needs a title, a price, every item specific eBay marks as required for its category, and at least one photo. If something is missing, the app tells you which field to fill in before it sends anything. This keeps listings from being rejected by eBay after you have done the work. A draft can be saved earlier with only the title and the price.

Yes. From History you can open a live listing, change its price or quantity, and update it on eBay without opening eBay yourself. You can also end a listing from the same place. Ending a listing asks you to confirm, because buyers can no longer purchase the item afterward. Finished listings can be taken out of your queue while the record stays in your history.

You tap Connect eBay and sign in on eBay’s own page, where eBay asks you to approve the connection. VoiceListAI never sees your eBay password. The connection token is stored encrypted and is renewed quietly in the background, so you do not have to reconnect again and again. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page, and deleting your account removes the connection as well.

There are two plans. Basic is $27 a month and covers up to 200 listings. Pro is $45 a month and covers up to 500 listings. Both include voice and text input, photo reading, categories and item specifics, drafts, listing history and the eBay similar item check, with a higher daily check limit on Pro. You can cancel from the Billing tab in your account, and cancellation is completed on the payment page.

Only listings you send to eBay count. Drafts you keep in VoiceListAI do not count toward your monthly limit, so you can prepare as many drafts as you like and send them when you are ready. Basic covers up to 200 listings a month, and Pro covers up to 500. If you sell in bursts, a quiet month lets you build up drafts, and a busy month is where the limit matters.

Basic includes 25 eBay similar item checks per day, and Pro includes 50. A check is one photo comparison against active eBay listings. The limit resets daily, so sourcing trips and buying days are covered if you check only the items you are unsure about. For items you already know how to price, you can skip the check and go straight to creating the listing.

No. VoiceListAI does not edit photos. You take your own photos and they go into the listing as you took them. You can reorder, rotate or delete them before you analyze. If you want an item on a plain white background, set it on a white sheet or against a white wall before you shoot. Good light and a clear shot of the whole item and its tags matter most.

Yes. Say something like “add SKU A12-4” while you describe the item, and the number lands in the SKU field. You can also type it in directly. A SKU helps you find the item on a shelf or in a bin when it sells, which saves time when you have hundreds of listings. Every listing also gets its own listing number from the app, and your SKU is added after it, so each one stays easy to tell apart.

History keeps your listings for six months. In that time you can search by title, filter by draft, active, out of stock or ended, and open any listing to see its details. Older records are removed after six months. Your live listings on eBay are not affected by that, because they belong to your eBay account and stay there until they end.

Open Account, choose Data & Privacy and tap Delete My Account. This permanently removes your listings, photos, listing history, eBay connection and settings, and cancels your subscription. It cannot be undone. The deletion either completes in full or does not happen at all, so you are never left with half of your data behind. Listings already live on eBay remain on eBay unless you end them first.

No. If a detail is not visible in your photos and you did not mention it, the field is left for you to fill in. VoiceListAI does not fill in the country of origin, because a wrong guess there can mislead a buyer. The aim is a listing that is accurate first and fast second. You can add the missing details by voice, by typing, or by editing the draft directly.

Edit it. Every field in the draft can be changed, and your own words and edits take priority over what the AI guessed. If the same detail is wrong often, say it out loud in your description next time, for example the exact brand or the size on the tag, and the AI will use it. Closer photos of labels also help. You always review the draft before anything goes to eBay.
