About VoiceListAI

VoiceListAI at a glance
What it is: eBay listing software for resellers. It turns photos and a few spoken or typed details into a finished eBay listing draft.
Who it is for: eBay sellers who have more items than time, from part-time resellers to full-time sellers.
What it does: Finds the eBay category, fills in the item specifics using eBay’s allowed values, and writes the title and description. You review everything, then post.
What it does not do: It works with eBay only. It never posts by itself, and it never guesses details it cannot see, such as country of origin. Similar item prices are asking prices, not sold prices.
Who built it: A seller with more than 20 years on eBay. In his experience, a listing that took about five minutes by hand took about 45 seconds once he had practiced on a couple of listings. Your times will vary.
Plans: Basic is $27 a month for up to 200 listings. Pro is $45 a month for up to 500 listings.
Our Mission
We build VoiceListAI to take the most tiring part of reselling off your plate. Finding items and selling them is the fun part. Typing the title, choosing the item specifics and writing the description, over and over, is what wears people out. Our mission is to make creating an accurate eBay listing as easy as talking about the item you are holding, while you stay in control of every word that gets posted.
We also hold ourselves to a simple rule: the tool should never get in the way of accuracy. A fast listing that misleads a buyer costs you a return and a bad review. So we aim for listings that are right first and quick second, and we leave a field empty rather than fill it with a guess.
Who VoiceListAI Is Built For
VoiceListAI is built for people who sell on eBay and have more items than evenings. That includes part-time resellers who source at thrift stores, estate sales and garage sales, people clearing out closets and garages, and full-time sellers who list dozens of items a week. It is also for sellers who are not comfortable with technology. There is nothing to install, no keys to copy and no developer setup.
Whether you list five items a week or fifty, the goal is the same: less time at the keyboard and more time finding the next good item.
Sellers With a Pile of Items
If you come home with a bag of items and a full evening of typing ahead, VoiceListAI is meant for you. Take photos, say what you know, and review the drafts. Drafts do not count toward your monthly limit, so you can prepare a full batch and post when you are ready.
Sellers Who Dislike Typing
Many sellers find it easier to talk about an item than to type about it. Voice keeps everything you say without trimming, so details such as a missing button or a smoke-free home reach the description.
The VoiceListAI Difference
VoiceListAI is built only around eBay, so it works the way eBay works. It asks eBay for the category and for the item specifics that category requires, and it fills them from your photos and your words using the values eBay allows. It reads tags, labels and model numbers from your photos. It never posts by itself, it never fills in a detail such as country of origin by guessing, and your own words always win over the AI’s guess.
Many general writing tools can draft a description, but they do not know eBay’s categories, its required fields or its allowed values. VoiceListAI is built around those details, so the draft you receive lines up with what eBay actually asks for, and fewer listings stall at the last step because one required field is missing.
We also keep the process visible. You always see the whole draft, you decide when analysis runs, and you decide when a listing goes out. The software helps with the typing, and the decisions stay with you.
Supporting Your Selling After the Listing Is Posted
A listing does not end when you post it. VoiceListAI confirms with eBay that the listing is really live and shows you the link. From History you can search your listings, filter them by draft, active, out of stock or ended, change the price or quantity of a live listing, and end a listing when you need to. History is kept for six months, and listings already live on eBay stay on eBay.
The eBay similar item check helps when you are unsure what to ask. Take a photo and see visually similar items listed on eBay right now, along with the range of asking prices. These are asking prices, not sold prices, so use them as a starting point. When you choose a price, your photo becomes the first picture of a new listing that the AI fills in.
Everything we build in this area follows the same idea: make the routine parts quick, and keep the important choices in your hands. You should never need to open several screens just to change a price or end a listing that has already sold elsewhere.
Plans and Limits
Basic is $27 a month and covers up to 200 listings. Pro is $45 a month and covers up to 500 listings. Only listings sent to eBay count toward the limit, and drafts do not. The eBay similar item check is limited to 25 checks a day on Basic and 50 on Pro.
Your Data and Your Control
You can disconnect eBay at any time. If you delete your account, your listings, photos, history, eBay connection and settings are permanently removed and your subscription is cancelled. Analysis only runs when you tap the button.
What VoiceListAI Does Not Do
We think it is as important to say what a tool does not do as what it does. VoiceListAI does not post anything to eBay by itself. Analysis runs only when you tap the Analyze button, and a listing goes out only when you choose to send it. It does not guess details it cannot see, such as a country of origin or a model number that is not visible, and it leaves those fields empty for you to fill in.
It also does not promise results. The eBay similar item check shows asking prices from active listings, not what items actually sold for, and we describe it that way everywhere. Pricing and honest condition notes remain your decisions, because you know the item better than any software does.
How We Decide What to Build
We start from the work a seller repeats most often and ask how much of it can be removed without losing accuracy. That is why voice input keeps everything you say, why the AI reads tags and labels from photos, and why drafts only need a title and a price. Each of these features removes a repeated step instead of adding a new screen to learn.
We also write down what we learn. The guide and the articles on this site explain how to write titles, fill in item specifics and list in bulk, because those are the questions sellers ask us most. We keep them current as eBay and the product change, and the date on each page shows when it was last reviewed.
Looking Forward
We plan to keep VoiceListAI focused on one job and do it well: help eBay sellers get accurate listings out the door faster. We improve it based on what sellers tell us, such as which fields they correct most often, which categories need more care and which steps still feel slow. We keep our guides and articles current as eBay and the app change, so what you read here matches what you see in the app.
If you have a question, a suggestion or a problem, we want to hear it. Use the contact page and tell us what you were trying to list. Real examples from real sellers are the most useful input we get, and they decide what we work on next.
Our plans are practical, not grand. We want fewer corrections per draft, clearer guidance when a required field is missing, and faster ways to handle large batches of items. We will say plainly what has changed and what has not, so you can decide whether a change helps the way you sell.
